About Us

With two board-certified psychiatrists, Turnwell Mental Health offers quality mental health services to the Lowcountry for the treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD along with many other diagnoses. We provide comprehensive mental health services such as medication management, therapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato for children and adults ages 10 and up and are in network with most insurances.
