Account managers serve as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions tailored to client goals and KPIs. The account manager is responsible for stewarding projects from discovery to delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Proactively manage and strengthen long-term client relationships, consistently seeking opportunities to build rapport and add value. - Lead day-to-day account management tasks, including agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, media monitoring, creative briefs and coordination of materials. - Anticipate client needs and respond with proactive, timely communication that builds trust and moves work forward. - Develop strategic communication plans with media opportunities, tactics and timelines aligned to each client’s marketing goals. - Research, write and develop marketing plans, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, campaigns and presentations. - Participate in client discovery meetings, reporting calls, annual reviews and internal brainstorms to help shape strategy and creative direction. - Collaborate with Team TRIO to foster client trust, showcase our marketing expertise and grow meaningful relationships. - Review and guide projects to ensure alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets—providing thoughtful feedback that enhances outcomes. - Maintain a solid understanding of each client’s competitive landscape, target audiences, industry trends and performance metrics. - Monitor project scope and proactively recommend adjustments as needed. - Stay current by engaging in professional development, reading industry publications, participating in organizations and nurturing your network. - Partner with the finance and admin team to ensure project profitability, timely and accurate invoicing and accurate scope tracking. In addition to an insatiable desire to learn, successful candidates for this role should bring the following qualifications: - Three to four years of industry experience managing the creation and delivery of high-quality work - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience - Genuine passion for marketing and being part of a collaborative, full-service team - Eager to explore and apply AI tools to enhance marketing strategy, efficiency, and creative execution. - Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing communications—and a curiosity about how they continue to evolve - Comfortable managing both integrated campaigns and project-based work - Strong commitment to project management, time tracking and process - Impeccable attention to detail and a respect for deadlines - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks - An appreciation for what goes into great creative and a drive to protect the quality of the work - Confidence to make recommendations and decisions that support client goals - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to chart a course for success—individually and as a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to embrace new challenges with a positive, solution-focused attitude - Strong collaborator with exceptional listening skills - Comfortable holding others accountable and being held accountable - Resilient, adaptable and committed to progress—even when challenges arise - Experience working within a company running on EOS is a plus.
