Description
Push Ups For Pups is back! Join us Under the Oaks in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre for an all-levels outdoor strength/HIIT workout to benefit Southern Tails For Precious Paws, a local animal rescue. Class will be led by Certified Personal Trainer Kiera Oliva, who will give modifications based on fitness level & limitations/injuries. Bring a water bottle, mat, and a weight if you have one! Body weight options will be given if you do not have a weight.
Stay after class to meet adoptable dogs from Southern Tails For Precious Paws and take home your new best friend! Please leave your pups at home so we can make sure the adoptable dogs get visibility. We are so excited to sweat with you and raise money for the pups in need!
