K.C. Newton, MBA, PMP
Founder & CEO, OMNI Consulting Solutions, Inc.
K.C. Newton is a compassionate leader, entrepreneur, and veteran with over 25 years of experience in defense acquisition, federal contracting, and organizational leadership. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OMNI Consulting Solutions, Inc., a veteran-owned an employee-owned small business specializing in Solutions driven Services to Program Executive Offices for major defense programs. Since 2011, K.C. has guided OMNI’s strategic growth and innovation across both service and software offerings, with current work supporting across the DoW in developing future architectures through partnerships with international allies, U.S. government agencies, and commercial providers.
K.C. began his career as a Contracting Officer in the U.S. Air Force, managing procurement for major Air Force systems and infrastructure — including support for operations in Iraq.
Beyond his entrepreneurial work, K.C. Is the proud father of four children and serves as Chairman of the Board for The Next Mission, a non-profit dedicated to organizing purpose-driven humanitarian missions for veterans. He holds an MBA in International Finance and Commerce from the University of Maryland, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the United States Air Force Academy.
