MPCC Monthly Luncheon: Guest Speaker, Alyssa Maute Smith, Executive Director, Charleston Food and Wine Festival

Alyssa Maute (pronounced Maw-Tee) Smith is  Executive Director of Charleston Wine + Food, a five-day festival that celebrates Lowcountry culture and cuisine. She's a native Charlestonian, who graduated from the College of Charleston and Clemson University, and also worked for a time on the Capitol Hill in Representative Clyburn's office. Alyssa served as the marketing director for the festival for six years. She is also an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston, and she and her husband are also busy raising two young sons.
