Description
Britt Slabinski hails from Northampton, MA. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 14. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the US Navy in 1988. Britt successfully completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training as part of Class 164 in January 1990.
Britt Slabinski concluded a distinguished 25-year career in the Navy as a Command Master Chief. His service record is marked by 9 overseas deployments and 15 combat deployments, all in pursuit of the United States' national objectives. After retiring from naval service, Britt served as the Chief Operating Officer of Wave Neuroscience, a multinational company. He now heads Leadwright Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in helping leaders develop strategic alignment across their organizations and is the President of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. In 2023, Britt received the honor of being named an honorary graduate of the US Naval Academy. Britt was awarded the Medal of Honor from President Donald J. Trump on May 24, 2018, for his actions during combat operations on March 4, 2002, while deployed to Afghanistan.
