The award-winning and ongoing Post and Courier series “Boom & Balance” explores the challenges ahead and the solutions being tested as rapid population growth and development continue to outpace expectations and reshape South Carolina.
Join Post and Courier Senior Reporter David Slade for a panel discussion on the issues with Christopher Morgan, planning manager and division director for the city of Charleston; Kathryn Basha, planning director with the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments; and Brian Beatty, president of the Brian Beatty Team at EXP Realty and host of “The Brian Beatty Real Estate Show” on WTMA.
