\nMelissa West \;is the Associate Director of The Citadel&rsquo\;s Veteran Student Success Center\, where she has played a pivotal role since joining the institution in 2022. Prior to her tenure at The Citadel\, she served as Vice President of a leading strategic communications firm\, specializing in empowering nonprofits and political candidates to effectively engage their target audiences.

\nMelissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Economics\, as well as a Master&rsquo\;s in Education Policy\, Planning\, and Analysis. As a team\, the Veteran Student Success Center was honored as the Provost&rsquo\;s Team of the Year\, and she has been individually recognized as a Top Dog of the Month for her exemplary contributions.

The Center assists with VA educational benefits\, programming\, and student services\, helping veterans feel at home while pursuing their academic and leadership goals.

\nJackie Kohlhepp \;is the CEO of The Rez Rev\, LLC\, and the President-Elect of the Palmetto Society for Human Resource Management. A spouse of an Army Veteran\, Jackie leads The Rez Rev in specializing in professional development for emerging workers and career transitioners\, connecting employers with potential employees through innovative events\, programs\, and video-based tools. Her company frequently collaborates with schools and businesses across South Carolina and hosts a monthly Virtual Elevator Pitch Competition\, giving job seekers the chance to network with employers\, earn prizes\, and strengthen their interviewing skills. \; \;
