Scripps for $521 million in 2019 and the sale of 16 hospice locations under the Heart of Hospice brand to LHC Group in 2021.\n\n\n\nBefore joining Evening Post Industries in 2013\, Waring spent 8 years at HSBC Group in Chicago\, New York\, and London working in corporate strategy roles.\n\n\n\nHe holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
