Rob also actively invests in early stage startups across a broad range of industries. \n\n\n\nPrior to moving to Charleston and the Battery acquisition\, Rob co-founded and ran a venture-backed content platform\, Tongal\, that reimagined the creative development and production process to better serve a world with infinite channels and fragmented audiences.  His early career was in banking and financial restructuring first at Chase then Alvarez & Marsal.\n\n\n\nRob grew up in New Jersey\, graduated from Boston College's Management Honors Program and later received his MBA from the University of Texas.
