For over 20 years\, he has focused on protecting water resources through the lens of environmental monitoring and agency compliancy.\n\n\n\nAllan has been recognized in his field for his dedication to protecting water resources and has a\n\nmaster's in environmental studies from the Medical University of South Carolina and a bachelor's in biology from the College of Charleston.\n\n\n\nAllan has also served as the Laboratory Director and the Director of Environmental Resources for MPW.  With the support of his wife\, Caroline\, and three daughters he has dedicated his career to protecting our water resources.  Allan is past Chairman of Water Missions International Walk for Water and is an Eagle Scout.
